A DES Provider (Disability and Employment Service Provider) helps people with a disability, injury or health condition find and keep a job. The Disability Employment Services (DES) program has long been an essential program in Australia’s national employment workforce strategy. Recent quality program assurance audits from the Department of Social Services deemed providers with continued poor performance against the funding deed were to lose their operating licenses for DES.
