Your Role:
As a Medical Services Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the scheduling, advertising, and promotion of IIME doctor services.
- Supporting business development by attending client meetings and onboarding new clients and specialists.
- Identifying and recruiting appropriate experts for medico-legal cases.
- Maintaining strong relationships with insurance stakeholders to ensure service uptake.
- Coordinating the timely delivery of expert reports.
- Assisting in the quality assurance of specialist reports.
- Supporting the training and onboarding of new staff.
What We’re Looking For:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Outstanding communication skills to liaise effectively with key stakeholders, including lawyers and doctors.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in your work.
- Excellent time management to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT systems, particularly MS Word, Excel, and MS Access.
- Familiarity with medical terminology (highly desirable).
- Prior experience in a law firm, healthcare setting, or insurance agency (desirable).
