As a Senior Consultant at PeopleSense by Altius, you will play a dual role, balancing high-quality clinical psychological services alongside some team management responsibilities.
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological services to a diverse caseload, encompassing:
- EAP & Individual Counselling: Support for children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
- Manager Assistance Program: Provide guidance and support to management personnel.
- Critical Incident Response & Welfare Calls: Offer immediate psychological support during crises.
- Onsite Attendance: Attend workplaces to provide support when needed.
- Psychological Assessments & Treatment Services: Conduct assessments such as Fitness for Work, Drug and Alcohol, Third Party funded, and others as required.
- Operational Supervision: Oversee a small team of approximately 2-3 Consultants, ensuring smooth daily operations & quality of service.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations and support skill development within your team.
About you
- Psychologist with full professional registration with AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to obtain a national police check
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
