YOUR NEW ROLE
As a graduate Rehabilitation Consultant, we will support you to play an instrumental role in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability.
As you develop your skills and experience, your clinical expertise and guidance will be pivotal in supporting individuals regain independence, improve their quality of life, and reintegrate into the community and the workforce.

YOUR NEW ROLE
As a graduate Rehabilitation Consultant, we will support you to play an instrumental role in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability.
As you develop your skills and experience, your clinical expertise and guidance will be pivotal in supporting individuals regain independence, improve their quality of life, and reintegrate into the community and the workforce.
You will be supported to offer leading rehabilitation services which can include:
- Develop personalised rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation
- Complete a range of assessments including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments and Activities of Daily Living Assessment (ADLS).
- Use lateral thinking and forward planning skills to identify potential return to work pathways in line with likely recovery milestones
- Utilise problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to perform assessments and facilitate the return to work of claimants
- You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, their families, insurance companies, employers and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors
- Present case information to various stakeholders and providing credible recommendations/solutions to drive the desired goal
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US
- A tertiary qualification in either Occupational Therapy or Exercise Physiology
- Appropriate registration with AHPRA or ESSA/SIRA Approved Course
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver's license and car
