Altius group is a registered NDIS Service Provider of therapeutic supports, health and wellbeing services and employment related assessment, counselling and career planning.

We have a proven track record in delivering evidence-based, individually tailored programs to participants including:

Our Approach to NDIS Services

Altius believes in a quality, holistic and individualised approach to our NDIS participants, offering a suite of services delivered by experienced allied health professionals (Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Rehabilitation Counsellors).

 

Our approach includes ensuring:

  • Participant engagement with their community and building on natural and informal supports such as friendships, neighbours and local community groups.
  • Goal setting to assist individuals, families and carers to consider possibilities such as how they would like life to be in the future.
  • Use of evidence-based practice to meet participant needs and their desired outcomes.

Our plans, incorporating each participant's goals, are designed to be flexible, responsive to change and individual to the person they aim to support. We believe in our participants and ensure we listen to, and hear, their wishes and desires, assisting them to meet life's challenges with dignity and integrity.

We enable each participant to set goals for their life and lifestyle, using evidence-based practice to meet their needs and desired outcomes.
