Workplace managers and supervisors gain access to our clinical and organisationally-trained psychologists for support dealing with the mental health, resilience and wellbeing of their employees. Our MAP provides vital support for issues ranging from managing difficult behaviours, performance and stress management to organisational change and redundancy support.

Our approach is friendly, caring and focused on practical solutions. As we understand the importance of dealing with issues as they arise, our psychologists offer swift availability for appointments and respond immediately to critical incidents and trauma, with face-to-face, phone or Skype appointments available.

As part of both the MAP and EAP, PeopleSense by Altius psychologists are available to employees 24 hours per day, 7 days a week for emergency situations, including critical incidents.

The Manager Assistance Program (MAP), as part of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), helps workplace managers and supervisors deal with issues, such as:
