We assist injured workers to develop important job seeking skills when they can no longer carry out their pre-injury job, or no longer have a position to return to. We focus on developing key competencies for successful job seeking and work with individuals to identify suitable roles for any ongoing restrictions they may have.
Our outplacement services include support with developing resumes and cover letters, interview skills training and upgrading computer skills. Through tailored training we improve our client’s understanding and knowledge of available return to work and vocational incentives. Our clients gain access to range of resources to support their search for opportunities and work.
We use motivational interviewing, positive psychology and continued goal setting to support job seekers and offer support and strategies to help clients manage employer rejection, deal positively with feedback, maintain motivation and ensure sustained engagement during their continued recovery from injury or illness.
Outplacement services ensure employees experience a smooth transition from an organisation, communicating a strong message about treating employees with dignity and respect during difficult times. Our outplacement services also support managers throughout periods of change.
