The Critical Incident Response (CIR) intervention is designed to provide psychological support for distressed employees following a workplace accident or death. Our approach aims to introduce the normalisation process as soon as possible to prevent the onset of abnormal reactions following exposure to a traumatic event.

Our highly experienced psychologists aim to facilitate return to normal functioning for all affected individuals in the most sensitive and efficient way possible. This means being mindful of not re-traumatising individuals through the process. PeopleSense CIR aims to identify individuals who may have pre-existing mental health conditions that could pre-dispose them to the development of abnormal reactions following exposure to trauma. We offer pragmatic and solution focused advice to support both the individual and the organisation.
