Our ADL Assessments measure an individual's level of functional ability with consideration to their performance of self-care tasks, domestic maintenance and general community mobility. The focus of an ADL is always to provide the injured party with improved independence while maintaining safety.
Our registered, clinical psychologists deliver tailored Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) for organisations, enabling them to offer their employees, and eligible family members, access to free confidential and professional psychological support for personal or work-related issues. Physical and Psychological Functional Capacity Evaluation - Our allied health professionals assess, and provide recommendations on, a person’s current physical and psychological tolerance for work. A well timed Functional Capacity Evaluation is an effective tool to guide the management of a complex or significant injury or health issue and provide clarity about a person’s safe work capacity.
Workplace managers and supervisors gain access to our clinical and organisationally-trained psychologists for support dealing with the mental health, resilience and wellbeing of their employees. Our MAP provides vital support for issues ranging from managing difficult behaviours, performance and stress management to organisational change and redundancy support.
The Mind Movement Program provides evidenced-informed psychological strategies to support individuals experiencing poor wellbeing, disability or work disengagement associated with a physical or psychological injury. The program was awarded ABA 100 Winner for Innovation in Service Delivery (2018).

In a contemplation phase of employment a client is highly ambivalent and not thinking about employment following injury or illness. Our vocational counselling focuses on transitioning clients through the contemplative phase to the preparation phase – where they have the mindset and skills to get things in place to seek employment.
