The results are in … on customer satisfaction scores for Rehabilitation Services by Altius over the past 12 months – and they are not only excellent – they are bumping into the Net Promoter Score (NPS) “world class” bracket for customer satisfaction.
Results are collated from calls made to employers at 6 weeks after they have ceased services and again at 13 weeks, to the employee and employer to see if their outcome has been durable.
