PeopleSense by Altius have collated results from regular feedback on the quality of service provided by their Employee Assistance Program

The PeopleSense by Altius team provide professional counselling, for personal and work-related issues, to offer treatment, support and to empower employees towards resolution of issues affecting their mental health.

PeopleSense by Altius have collated results from regular feedback on the quality of service provided by their Employee Assistance Program:

  • 90.9% of clients rated our booking process as excellent or good, and a further 7.6% rated it as average or above.
  • 95.4% of clients felt heard, understood and respected.
  • 97% of clients felt they discussed and worked on what was important for them.
  • 91% of clients felt their therapist’s approach was a good fit for them, with only 3% disagreeing with their therapist’s approach.
  • 93.4% of our clients would refer a friend, colleague or family member to us.

The measurable impact on client wellbeing and mental health is also captured, demonstrating significant improvements in focused psychological counselling sessions.
