Natasha joined Rehabilitation Services by Altius as an occupational therapist in 2005, bringing with her a knowledge and passion for kinesiology, a holistic view of individuals and a greater understanding of how the brain, cognitive and emotional state of a person can influence their physical abilities.  

Prior to joining Altius Group, Natasha worked as an occupational therapist in Europe and Africa across a range of clinical settings. Natasha enjoys working with Altius Group to continuously evolve services, responding to changing market needs and incorporating innovation, while continuing to care about people, she says “I am always aware we exist because of people – they remain at the centre of what we do and drive our purpose”. 

Natasha is an avid learner as is evident through her long list of qualifications: Team Coaching (2018); Executive Coaching (2017); Diploma of Leadership and Management (2017); Project Management (2016); Mini MBA (2012); Kinesiology (2004) and Occupational Therapy (2001). 

As General Manager of Rehabilitation Services Natasha has been influential in growing both the scope of services and the capabilities of team members. Natasha moved from her team leadership position through to National General Manager due to her ability to empower people. During this time, Rehabilitation Services has grown from a small single site team to a multi-service, multi-state organisation.  

Natasha enjoys applying innovative problem solving skills to drive performance and achieve results. Her personable communication style with team members and customers maintains high levels of engagement and ensures great customer service and satisfaction.
