Founding Director | PeopleSense by Altius

As a Founding Director of PeopleSense by Altius, Anya is passionate about assisting people to grow and become the best version of themselves.  

Anya is a registered psychologist with a Masters of Educational Psychology from Brunel University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Hons) from London University. She is also a qualified Hypnotherapist and a Certified Trainer and Assessor (Cert IV Training and Assessment). Anya is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society and WA Psychologists’ Board.  

With a passion for making a difference to her clients, Anya says “I love assisting people to reach that moment when they realise everything is going to work out. When they realise they can cope, or grow regardless of their circumstances, or their setbacks”. 

Anya has extensive experience assisting clients across a wide range of industries, including working in the justice system rehabilitating offenders, serving on the small business advisory panel to the Reserve Bank of Australia as well as experience in clinical interventions with individuals. Her specialities include workplace rehabilitation, counselling, mediation and developing teams within organisations. 

Working creatively and innovatively are key drivers for Anya, who is currently applying her vast knowledge and experience to working in an executive writing role within the development team, managing the writing and collation of tenders. Anya says “I thoroughly enjoy developing new services and documents for the Altius Group”. 

Anya was a finalist in the Telstra Businesswoman of the Year Award and has published a young adult novel.
