PeopleSense by Altius is the psychology arm and a fully owned subsidiary of the Altius Group.

About the Role
  • Leader of PeopleSense by Altius business in Canberra
  • Canberra CBD based (with travel interstate when required)
  • Full-time or 4-days per week

The role will require you to lead a small team of high performing and dedicated psychologists, within a larger group of allied health professionals, in delivering a wide range of clinical and organisational psychology solutions to both corporate, SME and government clients. You will be responsible for hands on delivery of services, as well as managing major EAP accounts, and help drive our expansion in the ACT market and S.E. NSW.

Reporting to the General Manager of PeopleSense, and working closely with other business subsidiaries, you will enter a career path within a National company with a strong growth profile in the health and wellness sector.

Minimum Qualifications:
Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.

Experience:
Minimum 2-years’ experience in providing solution-focused psychological interventions. Demonstrable leadership of a high performing team or organisation.  Account management of Government and or corporate contracts desirable.
