Job Description

This role supports all team members to ensure they can complete their roles effectively and provide a quality service to NDIS Participants.
As the NDIS Administrator your responsibilities will include:
  •  Monitoring the Disability Services Mailbox, setting up new case referrals, creating Service Agreements,
  • management of enquiries, Therapists and Consultant calendars and Participant bookings 
  • sending reports and letter on behalf of Therapists and Consultants
  • You will also be responsible for Petty cash, stationary orders and ad hoc admin duties as required
  • Greeting visitors

The successful candidate will have:
  • A friendly personality and be adaptable, highly efficient and above all, a team player
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
  • Prior experience working in the Allied Health industry would be an advantage
  • At least 12 months administration experience
  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration is desirable
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
